• Students will learn how olive oil was made during the Minoan Civilization, the most ancient way of olive oil production is at our olive mill (Minoan Fabrica).
• Following students will learn how olive oil was made during the Byzantine times (Byzantine Fabrica).
• Finally students will learn how olive oil is made nowdays and view our working olive mill.
• Extra virgin olive oil accompanied by authentic Greek bread
• A delicacy that our grandmothers taught us (Greek bread accompanied by sugar)
